Waypoint: My 2024 Backcountry Tree Saddle Setup

How mobile is your mobile hunting game? How and where do you deploy your tree saddle setup?

This Waypoint episode provides detailed information on my backcountry tree saddle setup for the 2024-25 big game season. Subtle changes were made from last year's backcountry rig, primarily with my saddle of choice. 

This year, the Latitude Outdoors Maverick will be joining me on my wilderness adventures and this Waypoint provides greater detail on the "why", compared to last week's Waypoint which was specifically about my first impressions of the Maverick.

Also for this year, I have modified my Bullman Platform ring of steps and I am switching from my tried and trusted Crispi Thor II boots to Crispi Altitudes.
