Mike Melgaard, owner of Versa Outdoors, joins us on this episode to discuss his new, and innovative, Shadow climbing stick. What makes this stick so unique? Well, pretty much everything about it.

When I saw the Shadow stick and met Mike at the 2026 Archery Trade Association show, I new immediately I was going to add his product to my tree saddle hunting line-up, and the Shadow would be my first choice to climb with in the unforeseeable future.
